Scientific marvels passing through rural towns

Along the route from Darwin to Adelaide, each team must stop at official Control Stops to record their time and rest their Driver. This provides a great chance for teams to explore rural Australian towns, and for locals to get up close to cars and teams and cheer them on as they set off again.

Members of these great Outback communities can get out and see the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge pass through their town!
