How many times has your team participated in the event?
We are a new team and the 2019 Bridgestone World Solar Challenge will be our first.
What is the design philosophy behind your solar car?
To design and build a sustainable solar electric car that people will want to drive. It’s about maximum performance from minimal energy. But success in the BWSC Cruiser Class is more than building an energy efficient car – it’s about connecting with a potential market. It’s about style and desirability.
Our design philosophy focuses on creating a solar car that people could imagine driving every day knowing they were helping to preserve the environment for future generations.
