How many times has your team participated in the event?

This will be our first time to participate in the event and to compete in the challenger class!

What is the design philosophy behind your solar car?

The idea behind our Solar car was to build something that looked a bit different from our fellow competitors and also had a low manufacturing cost.

What is unique about your solar car?

The unique thing about our solar car is the design and the low manufacturing cost. Our design differs a lot from the usual catamaran design, but after a lot of aero tests, we think it will be able to compete without any disadvantages.

Why does your team value participating in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge?

We value the chance to show what we achived to make after 1.5 years of hard work and to be given the chance to drive our car on regular roads, for 3000km. We also value that the event give our university, our sponsors and our team members a platform with global exposure.

What is the one thing your team is looking forward to when you visit Australia?

We look forward to the experience of driving from Darwin to Adalaide with our solar car and 53 other teams. We also look forward to meet other student who have the same passion for innovation as we do and see what they have achived in these 2 years.
