Top Dutch Solar Racing prides itself on being a platform on which to experiment with new technologies. In our car, you can find many new gadgets, all of which have their own unique story. Why does your team value participating in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge?
As a team we like to challenge ourselves and do this in a fast-paced environment. Doing this on the highest level possible brings the max out of us. Also, by participating we develop ourselves as a team but also a individuals. Many of us haven't worked in such an environment yet, therefore we will learn a lot in this short period of time. Last but not least is that we strive to promote sustainable mobility and doing so by building solar cars with many innovations.
What is the one thing your team is looking forward to when you visit Australia?
We are looking forward to talking with the other teams about their experience and progress throughout the year. We kind of experience the same things but in different teams. We are also much looking forward to getting to know Australia, learning about the cultures, people and habits. Cheers!
